BK works with beginners and seasoned athletes alike with science-based habit principles that stick with you the rest of your life.
For beginners, we focus on nailing the basics of habit change, nutrition, and basic functional movements before progressing to harder work.
For distance runners, whether you’re training for a 5k or a marathon, we’ll talk pacing, fuel, niggles, everything.
Nutrition clients will learn the basics and how to apply them to your life during our first session. Then we’ll build each week until you reach your goals.
