“You.” Not just you, but “you.” The identity that you are, the person, the culmination of everyone you’ve met, every choice you’ve made, every thought through your head. What does your foundation look like?
Strong? Wonky? A little wobbly at times? We’re all different, and every step in that process is a valid step.
The three branches of my coaching center around what I believe to be the most important parts of your training: strength training, cardio training (running), and fueling with nutrition. No matter where you are on your journey, let’s take the next solid step together.
Our Services
1:1 Coaching that focuses on the three pillars of health and helps incorporate them into your real life. Not everyone has time to get to the gym for two hours a day or get a long run in on a Tuesday—that’s okay. We will take a look at your current lifestyle and incorporate science-backed habit formation to form consistent fitness and nutrition habits. It won’t be easy, but it’ll be worth it.

Foundation step one is strength. It is strength that makes everything easier, strength that helps with longevity, strength that provides the solid ground on which our health stands.

Foundation step two is cardio. Heart health and longevity. Running, jogging, and walking build the most important muscle in our body: our heart. Feel the joy of not being winded with daily activities and the thrill of completing hard runs.

Foundation step three: fuel. Without good fuel, no energy system can survive, much less thrive. Learn how to use your nutrition to help you feel and move your very best, no matter where you are in life.

Brittany is a knowledgeable and kind person who serves as a great motivator when it counts. When you're down and confidence in your possibilities might be at a low, she is standing with a smile (even in her voice) with a fitness plan to fit. She meets you where you're at, and focuses on what is going right. She reframes any self-doubt into success to keep you going. Her nutritional knowledge has been very helpful, as I learned some recipes that were affordable and easy to make!
