  • Strength training builds more than muscle — it builds confidence and resilience. Train focuses on realistic workouts that help you feel strong, capable, and supported in your body, without long gym sessions or intimidating programs.

  • Cardio should relieve stress, not add to it. Run focuses on running or other forms of cardio that fit your experience level and lifestyle, helping you improve endurance, clear your mind, and move your body in ways that feel good and sustainable.
