They start at $150/month, but chat with Coach BK—we want to help the most people we can, and what you need to reach your goals might fit in a plan not listed on the site.

Is it going to be hard?

Simply put, yes. Any kind of change is uncomfortable, and you’ll be learning how to change your entire life. Expect hard days and uncomfy conversations, both of which will push you closer to your goal and the good times ahead!

How does the billing process work?

You’ll chat with Coach BK about what plan would work best for your specific goals, and then payment can be made directly through the site or through Venmo for the upcoming month.

What if my goals change?

Happens all the time! Life throws things at you or you just get stronger and want to aspire for more. Communicate with Coach BK, and we can get you going toward whatever you want to accomplish.

What is habit coaching?

For those just getting started (or restarted) and need a little help sorting through life.

We’re so good at taking care of everyone else in our lives, but what happens when the bucket runs out?

Without being able to control your mind and schedule, you will run out of good things to give to others, and no one wants that!

This option is best for those who are just starting to think about health or ones who have very busy lives centered around other people.

Whether you need strength and conditioning, general health, or run coaching, we will design you one comprehensive program to get you where you want to be.

We will learn how to lift heavier, run faster, and become a more durable human being.
