Meet the Coach!

Hi there 🙂

My name is Brittany, but that’s not super important right now.

The most important thing to remember is you. Your dreams. Your desires. Your dedication. What you want to achieve and the work you’re willing to put in to get there. I just help.

I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, which just means that I learned a lot of science to do what I do. I’m not Youtube or TikTok certified. I studied with a reputable scientific and accredited organization and have years of one-on-one experience from which to draw.

You will probably not find picture perfect photos and videos, and I have no illusions that I am perfect in any way. But I am capable and understanding, and I can push you to be the best you can be, guiding you along the way. Everyone has a place here, we just gotta find your spot 🙂

I look forward to learning all your strengths and seeing all that you can do!

Love, Coach Brit

P.S. Here’s some very non-perfect, unprofessional photos of me, so you have a face for the name.

A little more about me: I love all things movement. When I’m not in the gym, I enjoy running, hiking, mountain biking, walking my dogs, and riding my motorcycle. Anything that can get me outdoors and moving, I’m there.

Fitness has been the most constant part of my life. I grew up playing sports, and then continued to move throughout college and my adult life. I’ve done Crossfit, been a part of expensive gyms, Planet Fitness, and been too poor to even have a gym membership. I’ve used apartment gyms, parks, and playground equipment to stay active, no matter how much income I have. Even when I had no money and barely a place to live, I still moved. (It was actually pretty instrumental to my mental health at that time.)

Movement and good health are accessible to every person; it’s just a matter of deciding to do it and being consistent. I currently work at a brick and mortar gym as a trainer for those who choose to pursue that route, but I also do individual sessions outside of that gym, as well as host free meetups around my city for people who want to try new modes of movement!
